Okay, this card is fun for all ages, but if you have a young one in your family, you have to make one
It is very easy and requires few supplies - I know you have everything you need!
open top and bottom
open sides
open center section top and bottom
open the center sides and it takes you back to the beginning
and you can do it again and again!
perfect paper!
and an envelope using the WR envelope punch board for a 6 x 6 card
cut 4 pcs. cardstock 3 x 6 and score each end @1 1/2
mark 2 pcs. at 1 1/2 on the ends
I marked all 4 but didn't need to.
line up the 2 marked pcs and put adhesive between the marks and the scores.
***The pieces to but up to one another and touch but not overlap - don't go by this picture except where to add glue.
Do not go past either.
Lay the other pcs on top of these, going the other way (oops - no picture) again butting them up to one another but not overlapping.....
do not overlap anywhere or the card will not open.
You can google this card type for more pictures and samples.
Lots of fun!!
my projects for today....yep, I used hair bands insead of elastic (the elastic doesn't work with behind the ear aids or Cochlear implants). I ordered round elastic but it hasn't arrived yet. Did find this vintage package while looking for something else though.
Must be over 25 years old - in with my mom's stuff....saving it just in case.......
We've had heat temp breaking days here this week and Covid 19 is spiking BIG in Tucson and AZ.
Oh, I almost forgot the wildfire smoke is in the air, too.....We can see the flames at night. Not close enough to worry but still scary.
Perfect days for staying inside and creating. I have more but you'll have to come back to see!
