the best way to get motivated....

just do something!  anything!!!

grabbed a lot of old papers and dyed them with watered down Twinkling H20"s from Tattered Angels.  The sprayers were old and clogged.  There really wasn't much left in any of the bottles so I dumped the colors into an old pan and dipped the papers through, and hung them out to dry in the backyard....dry in 10 minutes (love the AZ sunshine).

You can see how they sparkle on a few of the samples....

Now for some little twigs.....

I tried one using "good" paper and failed so I decided to switch to a "practice" paper....
please ignore the messy background...

now I need to be brave and try it again.

marking the scoreboard is a great one and the marks are removeable.

I will try it with my smaller one and report back.....

Paw Patrol the Rescue!

Someone I know loves Paw Patrol and I scored BIG at the $$$Tree ( who doesn't - it's like the new Target - go in for one thing, come out with more).
A few folds, some fussy cutting, paper scraps......

 a cute, kinda easy prototype project today......

fits 4 x 6 photos and cut-aparts.  next up, the real deal with "good" papers.  gonna use patterned paper for the frame.

and a completed project from yesterday (well the last 3 days).

more than a card..... 5 x 7 dimensional "card with pockets, flips and more..... used up lots of scraps again, too.
