cute flower garland measures about 6 x 36"
supplies for one flower, (I made 5 and linked them together)
one 6 x 12 pc. designer paper
two small cardboard squares about 1 1/2 (I used a cracker box)
one 1 1/2 inch scallop paper coordinating circle
two pieces green cardstock about 3 x 2
tools:
scoreboard
glue gun
scissors
directions:
score designer paper @ 1/2 inch all the way to end and cut in half (3 x 12) and accordion fold.
glue together to form one long strip and then glue ends together to form a ring.
flatten (push top down into center),hold and glue cardboard to centers of both sides.
Add scallop circle to the side you want to face out.
cut 5 slits up, balancing out the petals.
make leaves and attach to flower.
add button centers and string together (punch 1/8 holes opposite each other on flowers and thread string through them.
they can be made smaller, too! I'll show you that version soon!
the sky's the limit, too, depending on your paper choices!!
red.white/blue, black/orange/yellow........
