score @ 3, 4, 5, 8
crease and burnish folds like this:
if using textured cardstock - decide which side you want inside/outside - I choose texture out.
Optional: round corners of top flap closure
add decorative papers in the following sections:

| inside
use 1/8" scor-tape or glue to create card holder
and adhere the sides together.
with a ruler and exacto knife, cut off the fold, be careful to have everything folded and out of the way. and just remove a small piece all the way across.
Belly band closure:
cardstock 9 1/4 x 1
fold around the holder - not too tight - and attach together in the middle. add an embellishment to cover this seam
