these little mason jar pockets are soooo much fun to make. I used my envelope punch board, washi tape, stamps and stickers. also added some twine to the "lids". Then I filled them with tags and more. The stickers must be 10 yrs old so I added some glue to help them stick. I also did that with the washi tape.
The pockets were stamped. I bet they could also be embossed.
And, using the same technique with different size papers makes different size jars. Oh, you can make little jar cards, too.
Now I'm curious to see what I can make with the tiny envelope maker - tiny mason jars??
Then switched directions and did some slow stitching and made this little fob.
Attach it to keys, purse, hang it from a knob or hook.
It's a little hug on a ring.
Vintage tatting (great grandma left me a suitcase full of scraps). Vintage paper flowers, burlap, buttons and of course a heart. Blanket stitched around the entire little piece. Oh, stamped a little word too.
Now all the materials are in a little box, waiting for another to be made.
Two fun little projects that require nothing but scraps!
And two fun ways to stay busy and beat the heat!!
Why, I could combine the two and make a jar pocket and with a little fob inside.....
