these little guys (no pun intended) measure about 3 x 3.
they do require thin paper - I used copy paper and newspaper.  you could use wrapping paper or create your own designs with inks and stamps.  How fun would that be?
add a paperclip to the back and they can be put just about anywhere. 
Oh, they hold a giftcard, too!
