oops, there goes another week........
not much to report, I broke my die cut machine but called quickutz and they sent replacement gears.  boy did they ever!  my machine now weighs alot more but these gears won't be breaking.  they are cast steel!  the old ones were plastic.  guess they decided I needed the strong ones.  I'm not kidding.  when they arrived in the mail, I said to my husband "I think they made a mistake".
he agreed but took the challenge and these babies fit right in.
What a great company!  this is the 2nd time we needed gears.  they must have decided it would be the last time.

creatively speaking... I have been working on loverlees, houses, ornaments....
time for cards now.

time just flew by there.  it's december, just in case you didn't know.
no snow here, just gray, gray, gray, fog, gray........
I am ready to move past Holiday cards and things but it sure was fun this year.
I love my shadowbox!  not too hard to make either.

and I want to thank everyone who was in the altered book class for making it so fun for me.
It's been a while since I taught one and I wasn't sure it would be successful but, thanks to all the participants, it was!  watch for another one in february.

I turned in classes at Scrappy Chic too:  die cuts 101 for all you manual machinists (vagabonds too).  and a neat Graphics 45 card set.  watch for more of these each month.  the Co. is trying something new.

oh, and "Lucille" will be ready to deliver on tuesday.  these are some pretty interesting cards made using some absolutely fun paper by Basic grey.
