more

and if you want to see  more, check out Stephanie Ackerman's blog.

the postman rings once

It's like Christmas when we hear the doorbell ring!

Look what I got today!!

And here is something for you to try:

die cut some shapes out of watercolor paper
Outline the shapes using a permanent fine tip marker (I used a sharpie)
It's even better if you go around twice and leave a little space between lines

get the shapes wet inside the lines and then add watercolor (I used crayola)

let them dry and doodle!

Someone is getting a Springtime card soon!

news

I'm still here!

I am working on classes for you!  My work space is filled with projects both finished and still in progress.
I hope to have something posted here very soon.
Cards and books have been my focus for the past several days.

I also visited several booths at the Mineral, Gem, Fossil and Bead show here.   I will show you my purchases later this week.  It was lots of fun but very over whelming, especially the first day.

Keep watch here and if you want to spread the word about classes, I would really appreciate it.
back soon.

oops forgot the snow

We got some here in Tucson, too.

If you look way up to the top of the mountains, you should be able to see it!

For those who got more, I do hope it is your last big one of the year!
(unless you like it)

hearts, hugs and snow

If you know me well, then you know Valentine's Day is one of my favorites.
Here are a few of my creations so far.
I love to crochet but only have success in the round.  My rows are never even.

An Easel card using lots of Sizzix die cuts, stamps and distress ink.
Crackers filled with candy!  These were made using my WE R envelope maker and the small Martha Stewart score board!
